Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (as items are sent by either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class Recorded post). Your receipt is digital and is your order number stated in "Your Account"

All delivery timescales are subject to product availability and Royal Mail. Parcels and consoles are usually delivered via 48 hour Courier. Tracking details will be supplied in the dispatch email you will receive once dispatched. An estimated delivery time is also stated in the dispatch email if we have dispatched via courier. Delivery is estimated between 2-3 days subject to availability. Please allow 14 working days before contacting us if your item hasn't arrived. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to the estimated delivery time, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Games Systems shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Royal Mail or the customer once the product has been dispatched. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

All items purchased from our website includes free delivery. Games will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. Consoles and accessories are posted either through Royal Mail or to be sent via a courier depending on size and value. When sent through Royal Mail, items will be sent 1st class recorded or special delivery depending on value. If purchased more than 3 games in 1 transaction, the games maybe sent in separate packages, therefore the games might not be delivered on the same day depending on availability and Royal Mail delivery schedules.

Force Majeure
Games Systems shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

If you need to return a product purchased from Games Systems then you have 30 days to do so. The returned goods must be sent back with the receipt and still have their security sticker if pre-owned or original seal if new unless the product is faulty therefore the product will be tested for described fault and if proved that the item does have a fault then the item will either be fixed, replaced or refunded depending on fault. To return an item, first click Contact Us an let us know that you want to return an item and the reason why you're returning it. You will then receive a message back from us telling you what to do next and also the address that you will need to send it back to. Please be aware that any items being returned due to bought in error will need to pay for postage themselves. Any items being returned due to fault will have the postage reimbursed to their Paypal account.

Consoles have a 1 year guarantee warranty and is subject to the same terms described above.

The Consoles should also be returned with their original box (if sold with), packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 30 working days from the purchase date.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Games Systems website, or the Contact Us link or by phoning us on 01202 461580. Orders will need to be cancelled within 1 hour of order being placed due to our fast dispatch policy.

Cancelling a pre-order
Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 3 days before the release date stated in the listing. To cancel a pre-order, send us an email either via our website or to along with your order number and we will gladly cancel your order and give you a full refund. We won't be able to cancel your order within less than 3 days until release as the item would have already been dispatched to you. If the item has been dispatched and you wish to cancel then you will need to return the item to us still in the original seal and within 30 days of the date stated on the receipt. The return is at the buyers cost and will need to be sent to the Return Address stated on the back of the packaging, please see below for return details.

Changes to Pre-ordered items
Due to the rights of the publishers, all publishers reserve the right to make any changes to their products before release which include descriptions, features, DLC, gameplay, platforms, packshots, age ratings and prices. These are the terms and conditions set by the publisher. Games Systems have excepted these rights of the publisher in order to sell their products therefore can not make any changes and enforces the rights of the publisher within our policies. Games Systems has no control over any changes made. Publishers reserve the right to make any changes to their products at their own discretion. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are agreeing to these terms of sale. If you do not agree with these terms of sale then please do not pre-order the item. All pre-order items are clearly stated above the "Add To Cart" button 

Returnable Deposits

When trading in or upgrading your items, Games Systems will send you a returnable deposit to your desired Paypal account before the collection is made. In order to comply with Paypal's buyer protection policies and to secure Games Systems investment, Paypal will charge you to receive money from us. This is as little as 3.85%.On the basis that Games Systems are sending you money for your goods, you, the customer, will incur the charge. Upon returning the deposit, you will need to return the amount we originally charged before the Paypal charge (this is stated on the email you received from us and on the transaction page on Paypal). Failure to return the correct amount on money will result in the delay of dispatch. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the returnable deposit procedure then we will not be able to honour the trade-in/upgrade
